India out of Security Council, Rwanda in


Rwanda, Australia, Argentina, Luxembourg and South Korea, are elected the new members of the UN Security Council.
India, South Africa, Colombia, Germany and Portugal have completed a two-year term as member of Security Council. While the other five members, Azerbaijan, Guatemala, Pakistan, Togo and Morocco term until December 2013.
Election of African Nation Rwanda as new members of the Security Council is crucial to be chosen.
According to a report by the UN last week, Defense Minister of Rwanda is operating a rebel group in neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo.
While Cambodia, Bhutan and Finland failed to make it to the Security Council. Rwanda was elected unopposed to the African quota. He has replaced South Africa.
A total of 15 members of the UN Security Council consists of five members : USA, UK, France, Russia and China which are permanent and have veto power.
Besides, the remaining 10 members are temporary. Temporary members of the UN are elected for a term of two years.

Jump from 36 kilometers height

Felix Baumgartner of Australia is trying to jump from a height of thirty-six kilometers above Rosvel of New Mexico with the help of a Balloon. 

In vacuum (where the air is not) within 40 seconds of the jump his falling speed will be of 1,110 Kilometers per hour. 
If everything goes well then one and half kilometer before reaching the Earth parachutes will open and and Felix Baumgartner will land  easily in the desert. 


Australian engineers have developed special pressure bearing suit for 
43-year-old Felix Baumgartner.
This suit is same as of astronauts. If this suit do not works properly his blood may boil.


Felix Baumgartner is known for jumping skyscrapers. But he is not unaware of the dangers of the jump.

He is going to jump where the sea level air pressure is less than two per cent, and at height of 36 kilpmeters above earth breathing will be a challenge supply of oxygen.

Earlier those who tried to break the current record have lost their lives.



Felix Baumgartner says, "If something goes wrong, then the only thing that can help you and that is God."

At present record of Jump from the highest elevation is in the name of retired U.S. Air Force Colonel Joe Kittinger's. He Jumped to the ground from a height of 3 km in August 1960 with the help of Balloon.
