American MP in favor of visa to Modi

A good news for Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi from America. A american MP Joe Walsh has begin his campaign for lifting 7years ban on issue of visa to Narendra Modi. In a letter written to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton he said that there is no basis of denying visa to MODI. MP said he would appreciate his tough stance on corruption and efforts of development in Gujarat for which Narendra Modi is known all over the world. He said rather than denying visa to MODI they should invite him. Walsh is a controversial celebrity who is known for his anti-Government ideas.

However, the Indian-American community in Chicago who support him are extremely popular among Walsh. known that George w Bush during the term of 2005 was banned in MODI. President Barack Obama also continued to ban on MODI. 2002 Gujarat riots against the immigration and nationality Act was passed due MODI's religious freedom violations under the ban was imposed.

Naroda Patiya riot - Ex-minister & other convicted sentenced by court

Today in Naroda patiya riot case Ahmedabad special court sentence former Minister of Gujarat Maya kodnani of 28 years jail and Bajrang Dal leader Babu narrated the life (life long prison) bragging. In addition, the other seven accused were sentenced to 31 years. The Court acknowledged that the riot at Naroda Patiya was black smudge on Indian democracy .

Earlier the former Minister Maya kodnani, Bajrang Dal leader Babu and the 33 other people were convicted by the Court. These people were convicted of conspiracy and murder.

This additional principal judge ruled that while the IPC jyotsna yagnik kodnani 120 (b) of section (criminal conspiracy), 302 (murder) and 308 (assassination) convicted in the case. the Court acquitted 29 accused Chief Minister Narendra Modi and bragging that you consider close. the legislator has left three times from kodnani naroda.
